I have been either a DOD civilian or Industry Partner based in Germany for many years, know the business environment in DOD Europe intimately and have strong relationships with key customers. Our value-add is helping Stateside companies capture new business, increasing the pwin on their current pursuits and generating large revenue. 

We support the full business development lifecycle, from representation, business Intel gathering, strategy, shaping, capture, proposals, marketing, and pricing. We have grown international programs from inception to operation; following in over $154M in total revenue generated for our customers while targeting an $8B market.

We offer regular advice and support, for which we charge a monthly retainer that will pay for an agreed number of consulting hours per month. These consulting services are offered based on a minimum of X hours per month. 

We are able to charge such low monthly retainers because we charge additional as we make the win on the backend. We negotiate a percentage from the backend win on each sale. 
Additional time if needed is either charged at a discounted rate, wrapped into the percentage fee or charged on a fixed-fee basis.

If we don’t produce on the backend we don’t get the percentage negotiated. So we are motivated to produce!!
consultant’s income, social security, common employee benefits (pension plan, insurances, car, laptop, mobile phone, paid holidays and sick time), legal and accounting expenses, courses and ongoing education, business taxes, registration fees, office and business expenses, plus a reserve for unbilled hours (approx. 15% of annual working days of a full-time employee).
travel and accommodation, courier expenses, the purchase of third party research data, reports and other printed or electronic materials, participation at conferences and trade shows.
